How can I pay for my property?

Are there alternative methods to pay for my property?

Yes! Some of our investors utilize alternative sources of funding to purchase their properties including self directed IRA’s and TSP’s. Ask us about our trusted custodians today.

Does my property come with a warranty?

While all property sales are final and sold as-is, we do provide a 1-year American Home Shield warranty with the purchase of every property.

Who will manage my property?

We partner with the most reputable property management companies in our area to ensure that your property is well maintained and produces the highest return possible. These property management companies are thoroughly vetted and handpicked by our team, ensuring they will be a great fit for your investment.

Can I re-sell my property?

Yes! Once you purchase your property from us, you are free to do what you wish with the property!

How long does it take to transfer the title of the property?

Generally, from start to finish, transfer time is 2-4 weeks.

What if I no longer want to purchase the property before the closing date?

We require a non-refundable earnest money deposit to secure the property and begin the titling process. If at any time you wish to no longer buy the property, we would simply dissolve the contract and you would no longer be responsible for purchasing the property. If for any reason we are unable to close the transaction due to circumstances beyond yours or our control, we will refund your earnest money deposit.
